Develops and directs store merchandising standards, fixture set up/usage and signage standards to drive sales and profitability. Disseminates all merchandise presentation communication from the home office to the field.

Directly supervises Field Merchandise Presentation Specialists. Trains and develops new Field Merchandise Presentation Specialists in all facets of merchandise presentation and standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Knowledge of merchandise techniques

Ability to coach and train associates and management

Strong communication skills with different levels

Solid decision making skills

Supervisory experience preferred

Experience opening new stores

Minimum experience required to perform this job: 4 - 6 years of retail environment, preferably with home fashions
