thyssenkrupp Group Services Gdańsk is a global competence and development center aimed at bundling and standardizing business processes for thyssenkrupp companies worldwide. We provide services in the areas of Finance & Accounting (FI), Human Resources (HR), Information Technology (IT), and Real Estate Management (RE). We are a part of Global Shared Services Centres and one of the biggest SSC in Tricity. We are located in a modern Gdańsk office overlooking the sea.

Your responsibilities

·  support the entire recruitment process of talents for our company
·  provide everyday translations and language quality activities
·  identify and build talent pools by sourcing candidates from job boards, internal database, referrals
·  proactively conduct searches with the usage of the Internet and social media channels
·  support end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including posting jobs, screening resumes and interviews organization
·  track candidate progress in our internal system
·  cooperate with the HR team in various employer branding activities and HR processes

Your profile

Don’t worry if you have no experience!

We will provide you with all necessary training!

All we need is:

·  very strong English skills -ideally Bachelor's or Master's degree in English Philology/Linguistics
·  excellent communicator and creative thinker
·  critical thinking and analysis to select the right people
·  interest in working with social media tools
·  full of energy and with a positive attitude
·  thirst for learning - there are great growth opportunities in this role
