Your responsibilities
Main Responsibilities:
· Performance of audits on own responsibility in all functional areas to assess cost efficiency, appropriateness and security;
· Review of company risks and the existing risk management systems;
· Analysis and assessment of management control systems;
· Conducting compliance audits and fraud investigations;
· Identification of potential of improvement in all business processes;
· Transformation of audit findings into proposals for practical measures and presentation of these recommendations to the responsible management;
· Follow-up of agreed measures;
· Follow / abide by company’s compliance policy & guidelines in all business activities / conduct to safeguard company interest and professional image;
· Other tasks assigned by the supervisor;
Your profile
Qualification:
· 3 to 5 years’ professional experience, preferably in internal auditing, auditing, controlling or similar ;
· Excellent communication skills, good powers of persuasion and a strong personality;
· Excellent analytical and decision-making skills;
· Fluent English and native Chinese, fluent German will be an advantage;
· Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations;
· Bachelor of economics or industrial engineering from a well-known university (four-year course or more) preferred;
· CIA or CPA qualification preferred;
