Your responsibilities

Responsibilities

·  Execute on hiring initiatives for a variety of functional roles across the region, supporting several business areas.
·  Serve as a subject matter expert and consultative recruiting partner.
·  Engage with leaders and hiring managers to define requirements, develop sourcing strategies and provide guidance throughout the recruiting process.
·  Ensure a standardized recruitment process that is efficient and service-oriented for both hiring managers and applicants, paying close attention to candidate experience.
·  Develop a deep understanding of the thyssenkrupp North America businesses and their respective cultures and needs.
·  Collaborate with global and regional teams, in addition to, interfacing with HR, recruiting, sourcing, onboarding and employer branding colleagues.
·  Maintain high level of recruiting standards.
·  Keep current with market trends and candidate demographics and availabilities.
·  Travel up to 25%.

Your profile

Requirements

·  Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
·  3 - 5 years full life cycle recruiting experience in an international, matrixed environment. Agency experience a plus.
·  Experience recruiting a wide range of roles from corporate functions to manufacturing.
·  Consultative approach with strong problem-solving, collaboration, networking and influencing abilities.
·  Ability to maintain an appropriate level of confidentiality and professionalism.
·  Ability to build trust and credibility at the executive level.
·  Ability to work successfully in a regionally-distributed, virtual team model.
·  Adaptable and flexible in a complex and changing environment.
·  Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems; Talent Link a plus.
·  Spanish, French or German fluencies a plus.
