ASSISTANT QUALITE LOGISTIQUE (H/F)

Poste et missions:
QUALITY INSURANCE:
- Work on Manufacturing and Quality Documents: make sure they are all at the latest revisions, in English and understood/implemented on the US Workshop.
- Analyze Returns and implement Corrective/Preventive Actions
- In-coming & Out-going Inspections + Documentation (COCs)
- Maintenance
- Work on ISO9001 Certification of THX Inc. in May of 2018
LOGISTICS :
- Supervision of Manufacturing Staff: Leads hourly production staff to meet assigned operational goals and metrics
- Receiving Operations: Perform In-Coming Inspections (Dimensional, Counts, Visual…)
- Inventory Operations:
oMaintain Warehouse & Workshop inventories in orderly & clean manner
oProper Labeling of All Inventoried PNs in Listed Locations
oPerform Monthly Inventory Counts on the 20 PNs representing 80% of Inventory Costs: Ensure accurate count and requests Inventory Adjustments to Office Manager if such are needed.
- Purchasing:
oDemand Buying – Support daily Workshop Activity Needs / Maintain Sufficient Supplies of Packing and Shipping Materials
- ordering when needed from Approved Suppliers (Uline…)
oPlanned Buying: Bi-Weekly Inventory Reorder Report Preparation and Presentation to Production Team Lead and US Director
- Shipping Operations:
oAssist production with bagging, labeling and shipping using UPS and FedEX Software.
Profil:
· Hands-on experience (3 to 5 years a plus)
· Experience with ISO 9001 implementation a plus
· Bachelor’s degree preferred and Management/Supervisory experience a plus
· Must be able to work with a computer (ERP system and Microsoft office)
· Proven written and oral communication skills
· Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
