Headquartered in Paris, The Kooples is a French retailer which operates in 28 countries and with a digital focused strategy as the E-Commerce activity represents 10% of the global sales.
We are looking for an intern to help support our international e-commerce and operations teams. As our international activity is growing, we seek to continually improve our customer experience by expanding our presence in new markets.
As part of this team, your primary responsabilities would be to support the Ecommerce Project Manager in:
°Developing the multichannel activity (marketplaces, ecommerce website) locally and internationally (Asia, Canada, Australia);
°Performing market analysis and conducting benchmarks;
°Providing initial recommendations on Go-to-Market strategy;
°Increasing the proficiency of our international operations (customer service and logistics) by implementing transversal projetcs.

Profil recherché
Above all, our ideal candidate is dynamic, entrepreneur, growth hacker and has a strong interest in digital.
-Previous experience in ecommerce/consulting/retail would be helpful. Experience with international expansion (North America, Asia) will also be a plus;
-Strong academic background;
-Excel skills, fluent in English.
