Software Development Engineer

located in Cannes (France)


Job Description :



Joining our teams you will be at the heart of most advanced technologies in the field of software for satellite control. You will be part of the team in charge of the development of the data management new solution for satellite definition of telecommunications or observation satellites.

Familiar with model-driven development , you will be in charge of designing and developing components including generic solution of data definition and management for satellite definition.

You will work in close collaboration with all the users of this new solution (satellite engineers, functional chains, satellite assembly integration and test, satellite operations,…) whether for the needs collection or the functional validation of the developed components.

You will support the integration, validation and deployment of the global solution to the whole set of users (internal and external) and you will contribute to the maintenance of the activities for correction , prevention and evolution related.

Technical skills :

· BEng or MEng in computer science / software

· Knowledge in coding with JAVA / Eclipse RCP / Ecore / Acceleo / Eclipse Modeling Framework (EMF)

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in development of the software components Eclipse RCP

· Knowledge of architecture Eclipse 4, in particular architectures OSGi

· Knowledge of modelisation and industrial deployment for software configuration management solutions
· General knowledge of the space environment would be a plus, especially of Data onboard-ground models
