Intern: Community Manager (H/F)

Based at Gennevilliers.

WHO ARE YOU?

Requirements:
· Strong, confident, and exacting writing. You can explain complex concepts succinctly and clearly
· A keen eye for content design. You can make any lengthy, rambling document concise and human-friendly
· Genuine passion about the opportunity to create a world-class help experience
· True capacity to learn fast and be self-learner
· Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
· Light image editing skills.
· Perspicuity in all things.
· Impeccable taste in emoji
Nice-to-have:
· Understanding of mobile and security environment
· An interest in measuring the effectiveness of content and in making data-informed improvements.
· Sharp judgement when prioritizing tasks and a strong sense of urgency in driving projects to completion.
· Ability to recognize when something is over your head, and willingness to ask for help

You will join the Critical Information System and Cybersecurity (CIC) Business Line on Citadel project.

At Citadel, we take user service very seriously: the Community Management activity is one of our core asset to reach our goal: 100% user delight

The Community Management activity consists in creating a range of tools and content to help our users love us.
This activity is driven by the Product team, with close collaboration of the Engineering and Sales team.

You will :
· Create delightfully helpful content explaining Citadel's features and useful tips and tricks
· Automate communication techniques to distribute those supports so that needy users find them
· Meet real users to discover amazing stories about how Citadel is used
· Create the place to share all those great stories
· Provide delightful support to our users via the proper chatrooms
Citadel is a mobile and trusted communication service, on a mission to help big organizations employees to be really work-efficient and focused on their real work.
