Building our brand is key! The objective is to get our brand name ”the first club" out there. We are the leader in our field and need to be perceived as a reference in our industry. Businesses need to think:
- loyalty program = the first club
- rewards = the first club

-You recently completed your GCE or A levels, and are ideally working towards a degree in Marketing, Management, Business, or related. This experience will help us take our brand further.
-Your friendly, professional manner and strong communication skills will also assist us in providing our customers with excellent customer service.
-You are ambitious, self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
-With strong written and verbal communication skills, you are interested Marketing and Social Media.
-You are highly organised with excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail.
-Being proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint you will assist in producing reports, creating dashboards and creating client presentation.
-You are knowledgeable or interested in learning about Online Marketing, Google Analytics and analysing data.

Your main duties will included:
--Research existing articles (OPC)
--Curate quality news content that is relevant to our industry, content that our B2B customers would want to read and share.
--Compose a newsletter with the best articles of the month, once a month and push this newsletter to various channels. 
--Build and managing our B2C customer knowledge base.
--Develop an internal error messaging monitoring process 
--Create, implement a plan to clean up and handle our customer database.
--Provide online customer support
--General admin support
—Create reports / dashboards and analyse data
