The Role

Tesla is continuing to grow, and we are now hiring more Service Technicians toour Helsinki Service Center.

Being educated within the automotive industry is not an ultimate requirement to be a great Technician at Tesla, if youhave any other strong technical background with competencies that you believe could be valuable to our technical team, then we are excited to hear from you!

Customer service is an integral part of your workday as a Service Technician at Tesla, which is why we not only look for strong technical abilities, but also the necessary skills that are required for high-level customer services.

Our ambition is to provide our customers with excellent service that is unique and seamless, and we can only achieve this when we have the absolute best on our team.

Responsibilities

·  Perform entry-level work in the inspection, repair, and service of Tesla electric vehicles.
·  Perform equipment inspections, adjustments and certifications.
·  Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) of new cars.
·  Perform other related tasks as needed.
·  Help maintain cleanliness of vehicles and service center.

Desired profile

Requirements

·  Technical/ Mechanical Degree or Certificate, or equivalent experience.
·  It is not a requirement to be a certified car mechanic to get a job with us, but you will have to have a burning passion for (electrical) vehicles.
·  Good knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools and materials used in the maintenance and repair of vehicles.
·  Experience with usage of diagnostic tools is desirable.
·  Excellent oral and written communication skills, both Scandinavian and English.
·  Be a true team player with great cooperative skills.
