Purpose of the role:

·  Help the internship to become a well-equipped professional accountant in a face-pace and multi-national working environment
·  Well-structured on the job training offer by different positions from the department
·  Offer excellent operation training in an automobile retail distributor training in finance perspective

Responsibilities:

·  Report to the Regional Finance Manager
·  Support daily accounting operations and statutory accounting for the APAC regions
·  Support month-end closing including data retrieving from system and consolidate data from different sources
·  Work closely with the team to plan and Implement business process and policy with company strategies
·  Secure financial transactions with validating supporting under company policy and internal control
·  Maintain financial records in both digitalization and physical documentation in an organized manner
·  Process specialized information, reports and forms, such as for fees, billing, project tracking, etc. and enter information into a financial accounting system.
·  Other financial and/or accounting related tasks are to be performed as assigned.

Desired profile

Requirements:

·  University degree in Business, Finance or related disciplines
·  Fresh grads welcome
·  Must have keen interest in the automobile industry and company’s brand
·  Accuracy and an eye for detail is essential for this position
·  Highly organized and good time management
·  You will need to have a flexible approach to work and a 'can do' attitude. Able to operate effectively in and comfortable working in a very fast moving, developing and constantly changing company
·  Intelligent, tenacious, creative and able to be assertive whilst maintaining a positive and team focused approach.
