Project position: Geoje, South Korea - 17 months

·  List of tasks entrusted
He reports to the JV Yard Representative and Field Engineering Managers (YOC and POC).
He is responsible for establishing and monitoring the interface between Operating Centers (in Yokohama and Paris) and Paris and ensuring that the interdisciplinary site coordination functions with minimum of disruption.
He is responsible for:
- supplying to other parties involved (engineering, procurement, contract) all the information related to construction and necessary for the execution of their activities,
- ensuring proper communication of Site / Partners technical priorities communication between the Jobsite and the Project Management Team.
- dealing with any question and/or of request from the Jobsite, either personally or through relevant Departments
- Managing site action tracker and action closeouts.
- Managing project IT tools and project database, creating progress curves, charts and histograms to support reporting.
- Attendance of site meetings with the Client and JV partners. Issuing of Minutes of Meeting and follow up of actions close out with miscellaneous site departments.

·  Linking Service Overview:
This is a mission to Geoje, in South Korea, at the Samsung Heavy Industries shipyard. VIE will integrate the on-site Consortium Project Team consisting of expatriate and Korean staff. VIE will be in constant contact with the teams deployed on the shipping yard, the Engineering of the Japanese, French and Korean partners, as well as possibly relations with the customer.
·  Skills
Young graduate of engineering school, you are dynamic and you are proactive. You are fluent in English and you have a very good multicultural relationship.

·  MANDATORY: VIE ( Volonteer For International Experience) is open to UE candidates only (18y to 28 years old max.)
