Sr Logistics Analyst

Responsibilities and duties:

- Perform import and export with suppliers located in different countries;

- Develop customs clearance plans and guidance, aiming more agility and lower costs;

- Analysis of customs documentation, import / export contracts and follow up with international suppliers, service providers, customs brokers, loads and transporters agents;

- Control the import and export processes, with support to buyers and information interface with the financial and accounts payable sectors;

- Calculate the percentage of internment imported materials;

- Analyze tax issues and each country rules for commercial transactions;

- Take care of all necessary documentation to Federal Revenue and state agencies;

- Formulate and identify strategies in order to increase the organization's profits;

- Monitor the department's KPIs and reports;

- Continuously analyze current processes and the need for improvements and updates;

- Finalize the import process cost.

- Location: Campos dos Goytacazes

Requirements and qualifications:

- Degree in foreign trade, logistics, administration, international relations, economics or engineering;

- Experience with import / export of container or project loads

- Proficiency of MS Office, SISCOMEX;

- Experience in Comex area;

- Desirable familiarity with Oracle and SAP ;

- Fluent or Advanced English.
