Job purpose and organizational context: 

This role will require actively supporting the Corporate Digital Marketing lead in implementing the yearly roadmap to enhance the company's visibility, including technology, reputation, customer base, and online presence through digital marketing channels.

As the Marketing Automation Specialist, your primary role will be overseeing the Salesforce Marketing Automation platform and maximizing its potential. Collaborating closely with the BL Marcom Business Partners, internal webmaster, and project managers, you will be responsible for executing all programmatic and operational strategies using the company’s marketing automation.

 

Reporting lines and interactions:

Hierarchically reports to the Corporate Digital Marketing Lead.

Key interactions (internally, externally): 

Internally:

Internally: Corporate Marketing Communications team, Marketing Communications Business Partners, Digital Communications, Communications, IT, Business Lines, Commercial, Business Development and Technical Lines teams.

Externally : 
Clients, vendors and external agencies as needed.

 

Job Scope: 

We are looking for someone with:

·  +3 years of proven marketing automation experience (excluding internship/ apprenticeship).
·  Expert knowledge of database management concepts and best practices.
·  Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
·  Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal.
·  Self-motivation and highly organized with a sense of urgency.
·  Strong independent project management skills.
·  Capability of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision.
·  Excellent attention to details. 
·  Ability to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretion.

Main accountabilities:

·  Responsible for the development and execution of various digital marketing programs and client journeys, including segmenting, testing, and deploying campaigns. Continuous assessment and development of these strategies.
·  Maintain the integration between Salesforce Marketing Automation and Salesforce CRM and assist in integrating the necessary platforms (SEMrush, Data Studio, web analytics tool, social media analytics, ads manager accounts, etc.) into the automation software.
·  Analyze campaign metrics and share performance results with the Digital Marketing lead. Collaborate with management to establish key performance indicators (KPIs), generate reports, and provide recommendations for ongoing campaign enhancements.
·  Take charge of marketing automation initiatives and procedures, actively exploring and implementing the most up-to-date techniques, tactics, and benchmarks in our industry.
·  Conduct thorough A/B testing to identify and implement improvements in productivity, conversion rates, program/campaign ROI, and sales expansion.
·  Provide valuable assistance in crucial marketing operations projects in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including lead lifecycle management, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data purification.
