Responsibilities / Scope of work:
Technip Energies is a leading provider in the design and construction of pharmaceutical and biotechnologies facilities, bringing together know-how, process engineering expertise, construction management, commissioning and qualifications. We offer fully integrated technical and regulatory solutions from design to validation. We provide our clients a robust experience with more than 300 pharmaceuticals and biotechnologies facilities delivered in the past 25 years, in France and around the world. To support the development of Technip Energies Life Sciences activities, we are looking for a Senior Process Engineer in our Process Life Sciences Department, Paris Operating Center.
Under the responsibility of the head of Life Sciences Process Department, and after an integration / training period, you will be in charge of:
• Leading process activities for Life Sciences projects: process and utilities design for conceptual, basic and detailed design, equipment specification, bid analysis, process support all along projects from design to qualification.
• Working independently applying advanced engineering techniques and analysis within the discipline.
• Managing up to 5 Process Engineers
• Coordinating external interfaces with Client, Vendors, Subcontractors for all technical issues, and internal interfaces with Project Management Team, Engineering disciplines, Commissioning & Qualification.
• Contributing to develop department’s methods and skills.
This position is based in Paris. However, you are ready to travel depending on the projects.
About you:
Holder of Engineering or Master degree (in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering or equivalent), you already have 5 years minimum successful experience in process design and/or engineering for Pharma / Biopharma industry, either in Pharmaceutical Industry or in a Pharmaceutical Engineering company. Thanks to your experience, you are familiar with engineering activities within a GMP framework. Team management and/or project management experience is welcome.
You are fluent in French and English. You are familiar with process and utilities design (PFD, process simulation, P&ID…) and able to work under MS Office, Navisworks, Schedule Pro, SuperPro Designer.
You are rigorous, autonomous, curious with great team spirit.We recognize you have real communication skills.
