Job purpose:

We are looking for a motivated young graduate who is in her/his ultimate year of Master equivalent program within Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Economics or equivalent, and who would like to pursue a career within Supply Chain Management. The intern will be working at the TechnipFMC office in Lysaker.


Reporting lines and interactions:

Functionally reports to: Project Procurement Supervisor

Operationally reports to: Project Procurement Lead, Project Procurement Purchaser, Logistics Coordinator


Profile:
Must have:
· Completed 4 years' higher studies at University
· Good verbal and written English
· Above average academic track record (marks)
· Strong commercial understanding
· Excellent communication and team player skills
· Ability to work target-oriented and in an efficient manner
Work Tasks/Responsibilities:
· Issuance of Purchase Orders and other subcontract related documentation
· Verification of supplier invoices
· Vendor registration and upload of information in the vendor management database
· Compile vendor feedback reports
· Book and coordinate transportation services with third party logistics provider
· Assist logistics coordinators in various project mobilization/demobilization activities
· Perform spend analysis and categorization of spend / main suppliers
