Job description:

The internship we offer consists of managing on a daily basis the bugs and improvement requested by our users through the feedback widget of Subsea Studio.

Main accountabilities:

Bug Management
• Monitor on daily basis the bugs filed by the users.
• Be a key contact for all the users filing bugs.
• Coordinate the expertise of the development team to close the bugs

Improvement Management
• Monitor on daily basis the bugs filed by the users.
• Be a key contact for all the users filing improvements
• Create a specification for the development team to evaluate the resource and time needed to create this improvement.

User Support
• Create and maintain a tips and tricks documentation section to ease the resolution of bugs
• Create and maintain an improvement documentation section to ease avoid receiving several time the same request. Something like a voting section.

Y ou are meant for this role if you have/ are:
• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
• You are passionate about what you do with the ability to apply strict guidelines as well as be pro-active to propose improvements.
• You demonstrate good skills in managing a large amount of information and summarizing complex problems.
• Must be fluent in English (Speaking and Writing).
• Being passionate about oil and gas, digital or computer coding would be a plus. But no particular knowledge is required. We will teach you !
