Job description & Missions: International Mobility Officer (Expats and Inpats)
With a Reporting line to the International Mobility Manager, your missions are as follows:
· Expatriation administration
oEnsures expats' assistance before departure
-Coordinate the pre-assignment actions internally (projects, medical, HRBP, immigration, payroll)
-Apply the adequate conditions according to the destination & family status (Package & mobility package)
-Coordinate with the global shared servicescenter & control its input (assignment letters, social coverage enrolment, cost estimation)
-Conduct mobility meetings with the expatriates
oManages Expats' follow up during their assignment & upon return in France:
-Coordinates the expats' relocation abroad and put in place the necessary payments internally (Purchasing, accounting, relocation agency)
-Updates mobility package
-Coordinates local taxes with tax advisor and ensure payments with accounting
-Anticipates returning actions. Coordinate with shared services center for extension documents
-Ensures return assistance & coordination internally & with the host entity/site
Controls shared services center's actions & documents
· Inpatriation administration
-Builds cost sheets request by operational managers
-Prepares immigration files and follow the process with the external provider
-Receives from Home HR assignment letters and other documents
-Ensures secondment official declaration, social security enrolment, packages calaculation for social contributions
-Prepare payments of premiums applicable in France (Living and settling allowances, COLA) settlinf les indemnités payées en France
-Coordinates relocation search with the external provider les recherches de logement avec le prestataire externe
-Follow up home leave tickets booking and expense claims payment with the shared services team as well as other duties performed by the shared services
Required skills:
-Minimum bachelor degree in business, HR or International Mobility
-At least 5 years experience in HR or International Mobility
-Interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize, customer oriented and intercultural skills
-Fluent English
