CORPORATE FINANCIAL CONTROL APPRENTICE

job purpose and organizational context

Job purpose:

Support to Corporate Controlling Team

Job location:

Technip Corporate Services (TCS) based Paris Maillot / France.

Reporting lines and interactions:

Hierarchically reports to : Corporate Financial Controllers

Functionally reports to : Corporate Financial Controllers

Key interactions:

- Operational teams located within TCS (Finance, HR, Legal, Product Lines…)

- Group Business Controllers and Group Consolidation Department

- Technip Global Business Services (TGBS), Group Treasury, and Group Tax

Profile:

Must have:

- Master degree in Finance & Accounting

- good oral and written communication in English

- easy to work with

- ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities

- easy with IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice to have:

- experience with ERP

- experience with Oil and Gas or High Technology oriented companies.


main tasks

Analysis and Reporting of Corporate data:

·Administration of Time & Attendance (creation of new users, monitoring of man-hours booking, valuation, reporting) in IFS

·Management of ERP accesses

·Cost Reporting for Corporate entities (Actuals and Forecast scenarios)

·Reporting in Capex Tools for IT Capex and Opex (corporate entities)

·Participation to the process of Internal Controls testing (SOX requirements)

additional tasks

·Participates in the preparation of the Quarterly Brochure

·Participates to the Budget / reForecast exercise (interviews of departments, data consolidation, P&L building)

·Participates to specific analysis asked by management
