BUSINESS MANAGER (H/F)

With offices in Paris, Luxembourg and Brussels, Taleo Consulting provides customers with solutions, from a strategic approach to the delivery of business and IT projects, constantly seeking to create value.
To insure our growth and to strengthen our team, we are looking for a new Business Manager, eager to contribute to our development in Belgium.
The members of the team have to be proactive, dynamic, and have the wish to get involved in a real start-up adventure.
Poste et missions:
As a Business Manager, you will have full responsibility for creating, developing and managing your business portfolio. You will be in charge of your clients and consultants:
- Research, prospection of new customers, definition of their needs
- Development of existing customers
- Participation in the negotiation, or renegotiation of the customers’ contracts
- Answers of RFP and RFQ
- Follow-up of the Consultants
- Recruitment and Management of Consultants.
Profil:
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong interest in business development. You are pro-active, strong willed, dynamic and results driven. You believe that business is a game. Your communication skills, fun attitude and results-oriented way of working are important assets to succeed in this mission.
- Graduated from a Business School or University, you have a first experience in fast paced BtoB environment (or consulting)
- You are fluent in English and French
