Job description

The Retail Academy Training Manager will deliver state-of-the-art training to their region in order to increase sales through enabling the sales force and fostering our Brand's sales behaviors.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

·  Ensures that the Retail Academy is successfully delivered to the local retail organization according to global guidelines and the annual Retail Academy (RA) training calendar

·  Develops an agreed annual plan of all training activities in the region, delivering on time, budget and manner.

·  Delivers Retail Academy related training to other stakeholders within the local organization as needed and is a role model to all things RA related.

·  Based on input from the different local departments, ensures that new products and procedures are properly implemented in the Boutiques. Supports and guides retail management in the implementation of all training tools.

·  Recommends and supports Managers in providing solutions to close sales performance gaps and provides line Managers and District Managers training solutions to address the issue.

·  Supports Retail Management and HR in identifying top and rising talents and as needed works with HR/Retail Management on the preparation of the People Review and Succession Planning (PRSP)

· 
Recruits, develops, supports and leads (where appropriate) local Field Trainer & Training Champions according to Retail Academy Training Manager profile

· 
Uses available KPIs to analyze pre vs. post-training situations (KPIs such as VPT, Sales per employee, Conversion, PPT, PPP, etc.)

·  Compiles monthly reports to the global team / regional HR, highlighting success and challenges. Participates in regional and global RA meetings and supports RA central projects when requested

·  Ability and willingness to travel up to 70% within the given market
