Job description

An attractive work place at our Consumer Goods Business (CGB) and Finance & Administration (F&A) Headquarters. In this position you will report directly to the Head of Retail Academy Content & Project Management

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Your main duties will be the following:

- Manage and coordinate the creation of e-Learning tools to support the internal training programs including planning and processes
- Apply instructional design concepts to produce creative learner-centered, performance-based training programs, modules, and materials in blended classroom learning through interactive e-learning modules, videos, virtual 3-D gaming, and other digital learning tools
- Ensure the alignment of content and delivery with other training tools by adapting instructional materials created in other formats to e-learning based modules
- Coordinate and work closely with Subject Matter Experts within the Retail Academy team to identify learning objectives, write course content, and develop assessments
- Manage e-Learning modules production process in collaboration with external vendors including e-Learning developers, media agencies, and translation agencies
- Manage e-Learning courses on the Global Learning Management System, including configuring course settings, keeping track of different language versions and support with updates to courses
- Close collaboration with HR Systems and Metrics (internal HR IT Consultants) with regards to determining e-Learning measurements, reporting strategy, and technical testing of e-learning tools before launch

WHAT WE EXPECT

A motivated talent, who brings along the following background:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional design and analysis, ideally in a major corporate training environment
- Comprehensive knowledge and proven application of learner-centered, performance-based instructional theories and adult learning principles
- Experience with e-learning publishing tools, preferably Storyline (360) from Articulate
- Experience using a large-scale LMS to host content
- Strong self-directed project management and collaboration skills and the ability to work independently
- Able to prioritize in complex, fast-paced work environment and manage time appropriately
- Fluency in all Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Photoshop and audio/ video editing a plus
- Problem-solving profile with technical experience in e-Learning
- Comfortable working in a global setting and in cross-cultural projects
- Proficient in English; (oral and written); German is a plus
