WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

To lead and manage the Swarovski Boutique by establishing respective processes in order to achieve defined performance objectives in terms of sales ( and profitability ) as well as qualitative objectives including the service quality and shop appearance according to the Swarovski strategy and policy.

* Selling and Customer Service
* Sales Planning and Business Management

* Boutique Visual Merchandising and Maintenance
* Boutique Administration Management

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

* College or above
* 3~5 years in Retail with at least 3 years in a managerial position experience
* Good communication skills
* Good selling skills and sales focus
* Team oriented.
