At Cadenzza, Swarovski's new retail brand, you will lead and inspire as you make each and every customer feel special from the moment they enter our doors. As an Assistant Boutique Manager, you will support the boutique manager in driving the team to achieve targets and finding new ways to maximize sales and profits. Furthermore, you will organize training activities to help further develop the team and make sure that everything in the boutique looks inviting at all times; all the while leading by example.

WHAT WE EXPECT
We look for an Assistant Boutique Manager with a keen eye for fashion, a genuine interest in our brand, and real passion for our products. You bring along previous retail and leadership experience, exceptional customer-service skills, as well as a commercial focus and a consultative sales approach. Czech native skills as well as very good English and IT skills (MS office) complete your profile.
