Description :

The Service Process Specialist/Engineer is a professional process engineer in the water treatment industry. He/she provides on-site audit services, operational optimization, project management and process data analysis at our major projects in the assigned geographic area or accounts.

The Service Process Specialist/Engineer is responsible for supporting/conducting service projects effectively and profitably which are assigned to him/her under the direction of the Domain Leader GCKJ.

He/she is also responsible for fulfilling the commercial activities/operations, and for the supporting of other service functions, as well as providing organizational and training assistance internal and external in accordance with company policy.

Job Objectives

1. carry out service objectives at the customer level of

·Provide process advice and technical evaluation

·Effective services on contracture scope of work

·Increase customer satisfaction on KPI performance

·Collaborate with customer on value generation plan

·Implement digital analytical tools and report

2. The following activities are a guideline; others can be part of the job scope:

wReport all work related accidents (including vehicle), diseases, dangerous occurrences, near misses, incidents and damage to direct manager or EHS manager

wExecute regular site process surveys, data analysis and management of operating parameters.

wRetain verbal and written contact with customers.

wProject coordination and customer relationship satisfaction.

wConduct technical trainings internal and external

wFulfill Piloting and Field trials when required

wParticipate in the local team meetings to share best practices

wComply with integrity and safety as required by SUEZ policies

wUtilize digital or insight tools to improve/optimize system performance.

2. To develop a professional image to the customer and throughout SUEZ WTS through effective communication. This includes the proper use of service reports, interoffice, letters of correspondence to the customer, letters of evaluation of laboratory analysis and insight reports.

3. To aid in any way possible in providing and improving a program of personnel development within the service team.

4. To ensure a favorable SUEZ WTS reputation at the client level through professional action in the plant.

5. To ensure that adequate service level to manage the customer expectation. A service schedule must be used to develop a service program for assigned customer/project. This plan should take into consideration special analysis that you may want / need to complete through the year. Reporting and documenting every aspect of services and sales function is a major requirement.

6. To become expert in operational program changes to improve results as necessary.

7 To develop product and product application knowledge and system knowledge so that complete service is given to the customer. To ensure that preventive troubleshooting is adequately performed in all accounts, and that only technically correct recommendations are made to clients.

9. To feedback information to the Service Leaders ideas for new products or new fields.

Preliminary Requirement

- Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering/Environmental Engineering.

- Minimum three years' experience of field service, service support or project management in Water treatment industry

- Strong flexibility and problem-solving skills

-Working knowledge of waste water treatment systems, membrane system, biological treatment is plus.

- Have a good health record and fit to work in water / wastewater treatment plant.
- Possess an own transport (car) and a valid driver's Licenses and acceptable motor vehicle record.
