Job description

The ideal candidate will be motivated to learn about OT, ICS or SCADA environment, and motivated to learn the necessary skills and industry knowledge.

 

The Cooperative Education Security Analyst will be responsible for helping protect national critical infrastructure as an SME and/or team lead for the implementation of technical cyber security related projects for SUEZ NA. The incumbent will be responsible for assisting in the monitoring and reporting of systems used by SUEZ NA for cyber security operations. Work products will include learning about producing monthly metrics and analyzing regularly scheduled security reports; as well as producing data and reports for annual and specialized audits, projects and investigations. Additionally, the Cooperative Education Security Analyst will be responsible for deliverables related to cyber security operations and incident response. The Cooperative Education Security Analyst will be responsible for interpreting security events, logs and threat intelligence feeds.

 

The incumbent will report to the Director, IT Risk and Security, with a dotted line to full time Security Analyst team.
