Description :

Based in Trevose, PA, the role of the Logistics Operations / Support Analyst will have responsibilities in 3 areas of execution:new customer chemical application setup, transition and decommission; bin fleet data management; and procurement activities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·  Coach/educate commercial team on private fleet (Chemsure) delivery guidelines
·  Offer tank recommendations collaborating with commercial team on customer requirements
·  Facilitate customer application conversions as it relates to assets
·  Ensure the safe, compliant and timely returns of chemical bins from customers (e.g. proper placarding, vendor requirements for repairs), resolving any issues
·  Uphold wing-to-wing process specific to logistics assets needs
·  Adhere to process associated with varying tank requirements for new customer applications including sourcing related tasks
·  Collaborate with inventory planners and product management on delivery program requirements
·  Provide guidance to logistics operations, assisting carriers as needed for pick up and deliveries
·  Seek/support opportunities to improve processes, data accuracy and visibility

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

·  Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Sciences or high school diploma with 4 years of Logistics or Supply Chain Operations experience
·  Minimum of 2 years Logistics/Operations experience

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

·  Knowledge and experience withLogistics practices including regulatory requirements
·  Advanced computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, ERP (SAP experience a plus)
·  Familiarity with PA DEP tank certifications
·  Customer service and results oriented
·  Ability to work independently with limited supervision
·  Team player, pro-active and self-starting behavior
·  Ability to communicate data efficiently and effectively (verbal and written)
·  Demonstrated attention to detail
