Job description

Product/Test engineer will be part of a team focused on development of high volume mixed signal devices aimed to Industrial market segment and specifically to STGAP family for Smart and Automotive Industry with Galvanic Insulation feature.   

Job purpose is to bring the new device from early stage to mass production through:

Deep interaction with design team to define DFT/DFM (design for testability/manufacturability) solutions and device spec test coverage.

Develop HW/SW solution for existing ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) to guarantee maximum test coverage and test efficiency.

Perform device characterization using ATE and related data analisys and deliveralbles for internal and external customers.

Product industrialization (ATE test solution transfer to different sites all over the world), yield improvement, support to quality and reliability teams. Continuous improvement approach.

Support on analysis on customer return and test program improvement.

 

Profile

Degree in Electronics Engineering with experience on electronic measure , debug , characterization of electronic component.

Experience in C / C++ Programming.

Experience in instrumentation usage (Bench equipments, Oscilloscopes, DVM, etc)

Passion for innovation and technical problem solving.

Strong ability to work in team.

Candidates with following characteristics are preferred :

Availability to travel  abroad.
