 POSTING PRESENTATION:

The technical writer is responsible for the editing of the technical documentation of ST products according to the Corporate Rules on technical editing and the specific needs of the various Business Units of a product group.
The technical writer has to guarantees the format and the technical accuracy of the content during the various approval steps, by managing the publishing workflow in the document management system.
A very good knowledge of the authoring tools (FrameMaker, Word, DITA-xml) is needed along a very good knowledge of English language and electronics fundamentals.

A technical writer develops technical content. This includes locating and gathering source material, analyzing it for accuracy and relevance, preparing it for customer use, reviewing content, maintaining or at least monitoring the project schedules, and managing the source files. A technical writer generally is expected to have a science or engineering background, and is capable of understanding the information he or she receives.

PROFILE REQUIRED:

·     Education Level Required - Diploma 5 anni, Years of Work Experience - 1 to 3, Desired Competencies are  - Microsoft Word, ELECTRONICS (Basic Knowledge), English Language, Problem Solving, Std Office Automation Tools.The Other skills required are - Framemaker and XML is preferable
·   3 - Upper secondary education diploma
·   Less than 2 years
