 POSTING PRESENTATION:

RF & mmWave designers with some analogue background, enthusiastic and resourceful.

Embedded in an experienced design team developing RF and millimeter wave product for consumer (low power millimeter wave short range transceivers) and infrastructure applications (including space application, antennae panel, sub 6G 5G), you will contribute to the design of  RF & millimeter wave functions embedded in RF products using advanced Bicmos or Cmos process including Cmos28FDSOI. Some experience in RF & millimeter wave IC design is requested as well as strong analog design background.

You will be in charge of:
        - core function design (architecture, schematic and layout delivery, verification, testability) including package and PCB constraints if needed
        - Associated bias and supply function to ensure proper integration in the  IC.
        - Verification in the Top IC
        - IP delivery
        - technical documentation
        - correlation with measurement

You will be accountable for:
- electrical performances with respect to specification
- development  schedule
- compliance with design flow and reviews

You will work in close cooperation with other members of the project core team (test, validation, digital design,…). You will evolve in a team with international context, with a well-established experience in RF design for more than 20 years, and more than 5 years developments in mmW area.
