La mission de beavr est d’accélérer la transition des entreprises vers des modèles plus durables.

Beavr developpe une plateforme technologique qui permet aux entreprises de simplifier et d’automatiser les opérations en lien avec la RSE, de la collecte de données ESG (environnement, social, gouvernance) à la production de rapports conformes en passant par l’obtention de certifications. Nous accompagnons les fournisseurs de grands groupes dans leur mise en conformité RSE.

A l’heure où les exigences en matière de performances extra-financières explosent, beavr simplifie le travail des directions RSE en leur offrant une plateforme unique pour gérer l’ensemble de leurs opérations RSE, en leur permettant de consacrer moins de temps aux tâches à faible valeur ajoutée (collecte de données, reporting, formalisation) et en les équipant de solutions expertes pour mieux comprendre et piloter leur impact.

Job Description

As a sustainability expertise intern at Beavr, you’ll play the pivotal role in ensuring our clients have the best certification preparation experience, and successfully work towards improving their Sustainability Management System. You’ll empower customers to become self-sufficient while focusing on their long-term success, value realisation, retention and growth.

Your missions :

· 
CSR expert role (70%) :

· 
Build the requirements for a sustainability framework which will be integrated into the Beavr platform and offered to our clients.

· 
Create best practice guides and templates that our clients will use to make their sustainability management systems more robust and transparent -Support on building internal training material on sustainability topics

· 
Customer success role (30%):

· 
Help customers use the Beavr platform

· 
FAQ upgrade and maintenance

· 
First point of contact on the Help-center chat, answering questions about the platform and sustainability

· 
Create Webinar content & Participate in webinar chat

In addition to working on these key topics, you will also get to contribute to other dimensions of Beavr such as

·  Product improvement : identify new features to improve our existing products, and help prototype the new modules that will be released on our platform

Preferred Experience

As a Sustainability expertise intern you will need a broad and robust understanding of Sustainability, CSR and ESG topics. We are looking for a versatile profile with strong bias for action, who is rigorous and willing to be confronted to and take ownership on many different tasks, acting as key support for our Expertise and CSM team.

You have a strong bias for action: we’re looking for someone who is not afraid to be hands on and try out new things. Better done than perfect.

You have a strong knowledge of Sustainability from an academic or professional background

· 
You thrive on providing the best experience for our customers, notably by improving the expertise content that Beavr can offer

You’re comfortable in ambiguous and uncertain environment (priorities can change fast in a startup)

You are autonomous, structured and reliable in the way you handle the tasks you are given (and those you undertake yourself)

Must have:

· 
Strong interest for sustainable development and impact topics. You are driven by the aspect of speaking about Sustainability on a day to day basis with your clients

Degree in Sustainability or first experience in sustainability

· 
Doer mindset

French and English fluency
