Zephalto , low carbon space flights in stratospheric balloon

Our mission To give the best view of the Earth you need to change your horizon
How? By redefining the standards of space flights through a new access to the stratosphere in 2024, 25km away from Earth
What? Zephalto develops low carbon space flights in stratospheric balloon. We design the experience of the Overview Effect for voyagers and build the first observation platform 25km away from Earth (15km above the planes)

Supported by the French space agency (CNES), Zephalto was launched by Vincent Farret d'Astiès in 2017, and our team of 25 already has some great achievements:

·  We have already flown several innovative prototypes with pilots on board
·  We are supported by the European Space Agency (ESA), incubated at HEC and Station F , and benefits from strong support from the Occitanie region, Airbus Development and BPI

Descriptif du poste

Aux côtés du CTO, vous serez en charge de la modélisation de la structure technologique. Vous rejoignez une équipe de très haut niveau technique et dont l’ambition la pousse vers les étoiles!

Les missions de l'Ingénieur(e) Calcul de Structure

· 
Procéder à l'ensemble des calculs de dimensionnement et validation de la structure composite : composite, résine, hublots, nid-d'abeille, thermoplastiques, etc.

· 
Modélisation éléments finis d'une capsule aménagée et de l'enveloppe qui la porte

· 
Simulations statiques pressions, cas de charge réglementaires

· 
Calcul de charges dynamiques, par ex ouverture parachute

· 
Participation aux essais sol de validation de la structure

· 
Recalage des modèles en fonction des essais de coupons ou des essais échelle 1

· 
Spécification de tests de coupons

· 
Rédaction des dossiers de certification

· 
Justification des dérives de fabrication

· 
Interface avec fournisseurs

· 
Possibilité d'intervenir sur d'autres modèles physiques, mécanique du vol, régulation thermique, ...

Profil recherché

À propos de votre profil

· 
Expérience : Vous avez +/= 3 ans d'expérience des calculs de structure composites, analyses des contraintes par plis. Vous avez déjà occupé des fonctions d'ingénieur calcul de structure pour des acteurs de l'aéronautique

· 
Compétences : Dimensionnement de structure composite. Côté outils, APEX, NASTRAN, CATIA, ... (modélisation éléments finis) ONSHAPE (CAO). Vous avez des connaissances de Python. La connaissance sur les membranes souple est un plus.

· 
Langues : Vous parlez couramment le français et l’anglais (niveau de négociation).

· 
Formation : Grande Ecole d’ingénieur

· 
Esprit d’équipe : Vous êtes capable de travailler de manière stratégique et en collaboration avec d'autres départements. Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en communication et êtes structurants pour lancer les plans d'action.

· 
Bienveillance et dynamisme : Enthousiaste, rigoureux(se), organisé(e), humble et multitâche, vous avez la volonté d’apprendre et de participer activement et dans la bonne humeur aux projets de l’équipe.

· 
Vous faites preuve de rigueur scientifique, d'un fort sens du concret et des responsabilités pour la sécurité du vol.
