Aquarelle Clothing Limited is an international shirts manufacturer supplying a homogenous upper/middle market segment through 11 production units in Mauritius, Madagascar and India. Aquarelle produces and exports some 15.5 million shirts and 9 million meters of woven fabric per year. The group has successfully positioned its products in an up-market and aims to be the “Best alternative to China”. Aquarelle’s clients are based in Europe and America and some of the premium brands that the group supplies to are Polo Ralph Lauren, Thomas Pink, Hackett, Suitsupply, Ike Behar, Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger. Missions:

Aquarelle Clothing Ltd is looking for an end-of-study intern to create true to life 3D garments collections and animations to be presented to Aquarelle clients.

Your main missions (non-exhaustive list):

- Analyse and interpret the creative vision and design of the customer /R&D team into a 3D collection that meets Aquarelle in house team and customer specifications
- Assist and master the product development life cycle: from design inception, sketches, fabric and trim development, and through final virtual production sample approval and production
- Manage each product development to the time and action calendar for the customer
- Create industry leading and award winning interactive concepts while ensuring usability, accessibility and best practice standards are adhered to at all times.
- Support the new business team in creating outstanding pitch design creative and highly engaging storyboards.
- Work closely with all development team members on all aspects of design, creation and animation of the 3D collection
- Take responsibility for defining, capturing and documenting customer requirements, and executing deliverables against the project plan.
- Create industry leading and award winning interactive concepts while ensuring usability, accessibility and best practice standards are adhered to at all times.
- Support the new business team in creating outstanding pitch design creative and highly engaging storyboards.
- Demonstrate initiative and take ownership of the virtual product development process
- Be curious about the Fashion & Design and Textile Industry.
Focus on increasing customer business volume growth

Profil recherché

- End-of-study 3D designer with strong interest in fashion OR end-of-study fashion designer with strong interest in 3D design
- Competencies in 3D creation “wizard”
- User of 3D Softwares: 3D Studio Max, Maya and KeyShot (Advanced/Level) & Marvelous Designer/CLO3D (Basic Level)
‘Photomontage’ “ninja”
- User of 2D Softwares: Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator (Advanced Level)
- Having strong Interpersonal skills
- Good planning & organizing skills
- Independent, creative and dynamic
- A strong interest for fashion and design would be a big plus
