· 整理、总结和分析法律材料；
· 协助律师处理客户事务、案件文件及日常法律工作；
· 协助处理多语言文件、沟通及必要的翻译工作；
· 为巴黎办公室的其他法律及行政事务提供支持。 任职要求
· 法学硕士一年级（Master 1 / M1）或以上学历，或正在就读相关课程；
· 法语流利，具备优秀的法语书面表达、法律检索和文件起草能力；
· 工作认真细致，责任心强，能够妥善处理保密信息；
· 具备良好的组织能力、沟通能力及独立工作能力；
· 对国际化或跨文化法律工作环境有兴趣；
· 英语和／或中文能力属于加分项，但并非必要条件。 实习安排
· **入职时间：**2026年9月；
· **实习形式：**优先全日制；
· 仍在校就读的法学研究生可申请非全日制实习；
· 实习期限将根据候选人的学校要求、可工作时间及办公室需要协商确定；
· 候选人应能够在适用情况下办理有效的法国实习协议（convention de stage）。

EnglishAbout the role
Raymond Legal, a UK headquartered international law firm, is seeking one Legal Intern to join its Paris office from September 2026.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with lawyers in an international and multilingual environment, gaining practical experience through legal research, drafting and day-to-day support on legal and client matters.
A full-time internship is preferred. Part-time arrangements may also be considered for postgraduate law students alongside their academic commitments.
Key responsibilities
Depending on the candidate’s experience and the needs of the Paris office, responsibilities may include:
· Conducting legal, regulatory and case-law research in French;
· Assisting with the preparation and review of legal memoranda, correspondence and other documents;
· Summarising and analysing legal materials;
· Supporting lawyers with client matters, file preparation and general legal work;
· Assisting with multilingual documents, communications and translations where required;
· Providing general legal and administrative support to the Paris office. Candidate profile
Applicants should:
· Be enrolled in, or have completed, a Master 1 in Law or above, or hold an equivalent qualification;
· Be fluent in French, with strong written French, legal research and drafting skills;
· Demonstrate accuracy, professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information;
· Have strong organisational and communication skills;
· Be able to work both independently and collaboratively;
· Have an interest in working in an international and cross-cultural legal environment.
English and/or Chinese language skills would be an advantage but are not essential.
Internship arrangements
· Start date: September 2026;
· Working pattern: Full-time preferred;
· Part-time applications may be considered from postgraduate students alongside their studies;
· The duration of the internship will be agreed according to the candidate’s availability, academic requirements and the needs of the Paris office;
· Candidates must be able to enter into a valid French internship agreement— convention de stage —where applicable.
Candidates who intend to develop a longer-term legal career in France are particularly welcome. Subject to the intern’s performance, the firm’s future business needs and applicable requirements, longer-term opportunities may be considered following the internship.

Raymond Legal, cabinet d’avocats britannique, recherche un(e) stagiaire juridique pour rejoindre son bureau de Paris à compter de septembre 2026.
Le ou la stagiaire aura l’occasion de travailler en étroite collaboration avec les avocats du cabinet dans un environnement international et multilingue. Ce stage permettra d’acquérir une expérience pratique, notamment en matière de recherches juridiques, de rédaction et d’assistance sur les dossiers du bureau.
Un stage à temps plein est privilégié. Une organisation à temps partiel pourra néanmoins être envisagée pour les étudiants en master, en fonction de leurs obligations universitaires.
Missions principales
Selon le profil du candidat ou de la candidate et les besoins du bureau de Paris, les missions pourront notamment comprendre :
· La réalisation de recherches juridiques, réglementaires et jurisprudentielles en français ;
· La participation à la rédaction et à la relecture de notes juridiques, de correspondances et d’autres documents ;
· La synthèse et l’analyse de documents et de problématiques juridiques ;
· L’assistance aux avocats dans la préparation et le suivi des dossiers clients ;
· L’assistance relative aux documents, communications et traductions multilingues, lorsque nécessaire ;
· Un soutien juridique et administratif général aux activités du bureau de Paris. Profil recherché
Le candidat ou la candidate devra :
· Être inscrit(e) en Master 1 de droit au minimum, ou être titulaire d’un diplôme équivalent ;
· Maîtriser parfaitement le français, à l’oral comme à l’écrit ;
· Disposer de solides capacités de recherche, d’analyse et de rédaction juridiques ;
· Faire preuve de rigueur, de professionnalisme et de discrétion dans le traitement d’informations confidentielles ;
· Posséder de bonnes capacités d’organisation et de communication ;
· Être capable de travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant efficacement avec une équipe ;
· Être intéressé(e) par un environnement juridique international et multiculturel.
La maîtrise de l’anglais et/ou du chinois constituera un atout, sans être une condition obligatoire.
Modalités du stage
· Date de début : septembre 2026 ;
· Rythme : stage à temps plein privilégié ;
· Un stage à temps partiel pourra être envisagé pour les étudiants en master, parallèlement à leurs études ;
· La durée du stage sera déterminée en fonction des disponibilités du candidat ou de la candidate, des exigences universitaires et des besoins du bureau ;
· Le candidat ou la candidate devra être en mesure de conclure une convention de stage valide, lorsque celle-ci est requise.
Les candidatures de personnes souhaitant construire leur carrière juridique à long terme en France sont particulièrement bienvenues. À l’issue du stage, une collaboration de plus longue durée pourra être envisagée en fonction des performances du ou de la stagiaire, des besoins futurs du cabinet et des conditions applicables.
