Bring his mecanical expertise on bloc 3
He is the equivalent of a method engineer offshore
he answers to onshore methods and to the CSR
He must bring tecnical solutions to all operational tecnical problems
He support the supervisors when they have no solutions to complex tecnical problems
Previous experience on similar projects.
