Description du poste :

HSE:
- Updating the Safety logic diagram and F&G matrix,
- Implementation of the HIPPS Dossier (GS SAF 260) and all instrumentation related entry in the SAFETY DOSSIER ,
- Maintenance of the meters and analysers as required by ISO 14001,
- Similar to a RSSC for BLOCK 17 and communication with COMPANY RSSC-L on a regular basis.
Supervision and training
- Preparation of a training program for the trainees engineers in the frame of the identified needs and in accordance
with recognized methods and strategies,
- Coaching of the trainees’ performances in Instrument and control system.
Instrumentation and System
- Proposition of a strategy for the operation and the maintenance for all the instruments, related equipment and
Distributed Control System + PLC (i.e. Remote Maintenance and Diagnosis…),
- Proposition of yearly targets to monitor the performance of the instrument related maintenance and corresponding
KPI,
- Analysis, trouble shoot and reporting after main failures or dysfonctioning of equipment. Organisation and
management of relevant actions plan,
- Follow up of site activities relative to Vendors, Suppliers or Specialists venues, especially in term of preparation and
management of the works,
- Follow up of the trading of salesmen and/or suppliers,
- Management of the ICS related documentation. (vendor, ICS specs…) and of the instrument data base S4I,
- PSV certification plan.
Metering
- In liaison with Material balance, Process engineers and Operating department, definition of the optimum strategy for
the maintenance of process metering instruments and custody transfer equipment.
Contractor supervision
- Evaluation of the competency and the performances of the contractors in Instrumentation,
- Audit of contractors as necessary,
- Supervision of the management of spare parts for ICS according to pre defined strategy,
- Supervision of the preparation of the scheduled overhaul/upgrade.
Optimisation and Development
- Proposition of the modification of the maintenance strategy according to Site requirements,
- Participation to the SMR/RFM and SMIS procedure, Studies and engineer solution.
- Interface with projects.
Management
- Provide relevant REX to the ICS trade (head office),
- Contribution to the integration of future DB17 development,
- Reporting of ICS activities.

Strong personal and professional character.
English/French speaker will be advantage.
