Data Entry Clerk and Office Administrator
Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced part time Data Entry Clerk & Office Administrator for immediate start. You will also be required to assist in the day to day running of the office, You must have a good ability to learn quickly, able to multi-task and work under pressure.
Responsibilities & duties will include:
• Collaborate frequently with affected departments (Sales, Marketing)
• Ensure accuracy of the budget and manage timelines
• Honor Billing Revenue tracking and posting
• Various Month End standard postings
• Maintenance of records and filing
• Other duties as may be assigned
The successful applicant will possess:
• Good people skills
• Good attitude & work ethic
• Excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Previous experience in a similar position
• Basic computer skills (word, Excel, Outlook Ect)
• The ability to follow direction as well as work autonomously
