This is your chance to make serious cash over the summer period, while being immersed in a dynamic, entrepreneurial startup environment at an awesome co-living company.

Spaces is like WeWork, for living. We operate over 400 co-living units around London's South Bank. We have a tight team who work hard to deliver outstanding outcomes for our customers.

This summer, you have the chance to join us for a few months on our lettings team. You'll be responsible for selling our rooms to students and young professionals looking for somewhere great to live. And you'll be paid very well doing so. You'll get £1,500 per month base + uncapped commission on the rooms you sell - realistically you could add another £800-£1,000 per month just in commissions.

Your role will include:

* Helping new residents find the best option for them in our portfolio
* Managing your pipeline of potential new residents
* Undertaking property viewings via video link and in person
