Mission

Integrated in a transnational team of support experts, you'll work in technical complex projects for our customer Airbus (IM department).
The main activities consist in:
- Support and maintain solutions designed for the access management to customer's applications (REACT).
- Deliver functional analysis of access rights, solve issues (incident management)
- Integrate and update applications in REACT
- Provide support to projects concerned by access management.
- Write and update of user access management documentation
- Operational management of a transnational project team

Profil et Qualités requises

Technician ou engineer you justify between 1 ou 3 years of experience :

·  Mandatory Technical Skills:

- Knowledge of Airbus ICT application toolset
- Understanding of general Airbus methods (Release Process, Configuration Management, ..)
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Project management basics

·  Behaviors / Personal Qualities:

- Structured & autonomous way of working in a team set-up
- Self-motivated, pro-active & service oriented
- Team player
- Good communication skills and open minded
- Innovative mindset, ability to anticipate and propose solutions and ideas

·  Optional skills / Experiences:

- First experience in IT support services delivery
- Remedy / Semaphore knowledge.
- Knowledge / experience in IS Tool Deployment Management within Airbus environment
- SAFE / AGILE methodology - ITIL V3 Foundation
