Internship Assistant Safety Expert

This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a chemical company that carries security high priority.

Description:

The intern will work in the department HSE corporate based at headquarters in Brussels (Neder-Over-Heembeek) in the occupational safety team.

The internship aims to improve the quality of the safety of visits done by management. The tasks include the inventory of key elements / factors that determine the quality of a safety dialogue between manager and employee / operator. On the basis of this list are analyzed, the reports of 2016 and an indicator designed to indicate the quality of each visit. A presentation on the key elements and a custom report form will be developed.

Development of dialogue skills to improve safety leadership

Desired profile

Student thesis or final year student in the Master of Environmental Management, Master in Management , Social Sciences or Prevention and Safety

Required language skills: English and French

Practical details:

Contract: Internship part-time (flexible hours, to agree amongst themselves)

Time: 3 months
