DPO is a laboratory dedicated to organic chemical process development. Its activities ranges from specialty chemicals processes to large processes.

The incumbent will work for Solvay's GBUs corporate research teams or for external customers. His/her mission will be to lead multi competencies projects to develop new processes or optimize chemical route.

The candidate will be in charge of the technical lead of his/her project (bibliographic study, work program proposal, experimental work, reporting and milestones follow up). The candidate will coordinate the difference competencies (analysis, process, safety, economic assessment…) needed to successfully develop new processes.
