The main R&I activities at the site focus on developing advanced materials for the electronics and automotive markets. With its unique set of prototyping equipment, RIC Seoul has become Solvay's center of excellence for battery applications. It is also a valued partner of market leaders in battery technology. The main competencies of RIC Seoul are applications and formulations for mineral and organic materials, new battery and display technologies, and the development of advanced polymeric materials.
R&I center Seoul is looking for a competent analytical researcher. The role of this position is lab. analysis and measurements linked to R&I, technical service, and quality investigation.
He/she should report to analytical lab. manager.

Job Description:
· Operation of analytical equipment (GC, HPLC, GC/MS, IC, GPC and etc.)
· Collect the analytical data from, but not limited to ICP, GC, GC-MS and physical property equipment
· On an as needed basis: assist in the maintenance, installation and set-up of new equipment and tools
· Document and summarize measurements and observations electronically and in technical notebook

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Master degree in Chemical engineering, Chemistry, Material science, other relevant majors
with a few years experiences in analytical job
or Master degree in analytical chemistry

·  Skill
·  Outstanding knowledge and experience of synthetic chemistry and analytical chemistry
·  Upscaling and process development experience will be a plus
·  Good oral and written English & Korean
