Description de la mission

1. Main responsibilities
Manage the financial follow up of the activity
• Responsible for monthly closings of the BU and manages the functional relationships with the accountants in subsidiaries in coordination with BU Finance Director.
• Is the contact person for the Finance Director/Group Controller for the implementation of reporting and consolidation systems
Monthly and annual closings
• Comments the financial performance of the activity of the BU, of which commercial, directs margin, indirect costs by subsidiary, cash collection performance and DSO.
• Produces and communicates the financial reporting with the subsidiary Directors and BU directors
• Works with local accountants to homogenize finance processes in Germany.
Budget and forecast process
• Manages, for his perimeter, budget and forecast process.
• Supports Operational director in the financial monthly review process, of which action plans follow-up discussed during the monthly reviews.
Support of the operational management of the Business Unit
• Is part of all operational actions ran in the BU
• Assist operational teams in preparing analysis based on IT systems and financial information.
2. Issues and goals
• Ensure the right revenue recognition and expenses cut off.
• Make sure that accounting method used in each subsidiary is based on engagements
• Follow up of group accounting methods
• Closing delay shortening
• Monthly financial analysis quality and forecast
• Report of the commercial backlog and forecast production.
• Upload in consolidation systems
3. Workplace
• Job is based in Hambourg + possible journeys to Bochum/Celle/Mulheim wherever it is necessary.

4. Reporting line
• Financial Controller reports to BU Finance Director, with a matrixial connection with the 2 BU Managing Directors of other Germany subsidiaries.

Profil

Avec une formation de type Bac+5 - majeure en finance, vous possédez une première expérience en tant qu'auditeur ou contrôleur de gestion (en tant qu'alternant ou stagiaire).
