WINTER INTERN: HR Analytics and Employee Experience

Present in over 50 countries across Europe, the Americas and Asia. Societe Generale provides corporate, financial institutions, investors and public sector clients with value-added integrated financial solutions.

The Intern will take part in HR Transformation projects and initiatives within the HR Analytics and Employee Experience Team. The Intern will be involved in digitalization projects by supporting the project managers to bring digital experiences to our employees. The Intern will also accompany initiatives to strengthen HR Analytics for APAC and deliver impactful analysis to our Business. The role will offer the opportunity to work closely with the regional and country HR teams, HR Shared Service Centre, and HR Information System team.

Mission

Main Responsibilities

Digital Employee Experience:

·  Learn and understand the HR processes and digitalization roadmap
·  Collect and translate user requirement into functional specification for development
·  Identify, analyze and apply information technology and business practices to support HR processes
·  Conduct market research and feasibility study
·  Participate in designing, developing, testing and integrating HR process in information system
·  Assist in implementation, training and transition to accompany users with satisfactory experience

HR Analytics:

·  Drive market intelligence analysis and strengthen our External Benchmarking capability on key HR Metrics
·  Develop our HR Analytics platform in APAC, work on the identification and potential implementation of cognitive HR Tools
·  Leverage on existing metrics and be involved in the conceptualization of new internal surveys, aiming to generate dynamic HR Analytics
·  Take part in specific analysis, upon requests and needs from our HR Business Partners and Business stakeholders

Others:

·  Participate in ad hoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications

·  Currently studying towards a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Management or similar
·  Thinks outside the box to bring new ideas
·  Solutions driven and ability to work autonomously
·  Strong analytical skills, good command of Excel, Word and Power Point
·  Business Information system background
·  Process oriented, well organized, and attention to detail
·  Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
·  Technical/Statistical Skills would be a plus
·  Fluent English is mandatory, Cantonese/Mandarin would be a plus
This is a 1-3 month internship with Societe Generale in Hong Kong whereby you will work within the Human Resources Department for the period.
