Société Générale Securities Services (SGSS), the Securities business line of
Société Générale is one of the first administrators and custodians of Undertakings for Collective Investment (UCI) in Luxembourg. It offers a full range of securities services to institutional clients: compensation, cash management services, custody and depositary bank, fund administration and asset servicing, services and transfer agent services to issuers.

The TA Support Activities is part of the Fund Processing Services (FPS) of the SGBT Luxembourg. This team is responsible for the transversal support for all FPS Luxembourg operational teams: - Registration team (account opening and maintenance process) - Fund Ordering Process team (dealing and fund Set-up) - Cross Unit team (reconciliations, payments and clearing) The Head of TA Support Activities reports to the Head of FPS Luxembourg.

Mission

Your role

As a VIE, you will :
- Be an active member of the TA support team.
- Participate on corporate events such as, fund launch, merger, liquidation and migration
- Do internal and external audit coordination
- Participate on Due Diligences Questionnaires
- Participate on the review of Service Level Agreements and Operating Memorandum
- Be involved on projects impacting the TA Support Team

The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in Luxembourg is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months. The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France's eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. Your profile
Graduate with a Master degree from Business school or University, majoring in fiance, a previous experience in Investment Banking would be appreciated. You have an excellent knowledge on Fund Industry, compliance and audit.
You are fluent in English. Frend and German would be an asset.
You are proficient in Office application.
