Responsibilities

An experienced Storage and Data Protection Delivery leader who has worked as domain expert and handled technical delivery for multiple accounts with overall 10+ years in the Infrastructure Management business. The person must possess self confidence in his / her technical and project management abilities to lead and manage Storage technical delivery with experience in handling large distributed teams catering to multiple customers and geographies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Good industry knowledge of Storage and Backup technologies across multiple vendors such as EMC, HP, IBM and NetApp,DD,Netbackup,TSM

Exposure to Industrialization, Standardization and Automation is a must.

Ability to think strategically to influence ways of working, develop transformational roadmaps and drive change.

Strong knowledge of financials with prior experience in managing budgets and driving cost reduction initiatives centred around standardization and industrialization

Past leadership experience in handling complex technical deliveries - Prior experience of having managed senior managers and senior technical experts - Good executive presence

Good at preparing service delivery documentation, reports with good presentation skills

Ability to manage escalations and stress

Act as trusted advisor and partner for account and client stakeholders

Excellent Project Delivery Management and client facing skills
