Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities –

·  Ensure delivery of tasks, support IPT Infrastrucutre adhereing to SLA, KPIS etc set such a way that they are controlled & monitored on time.
·  Effective analysis, ownership & responsibility is demonstrated while handling the incidents managing, monitoring alarms and generating tickets based on alerts.
·  Mitigate Organizational Risk: Continue documentation for every setup & new project with mapping of services to ensure to eliminate risks associated with in core infra services.
·  Contribute to the knowledge base, lesson learnt and shares them within stream members with appropriate documentation and sessions.
·  Govern Workflow: (a) Demand/Follow ticket for incident/requests (b) Timely cascade & synchronization of Releases and Change management managing communication with the business users
·  Demonstrate team coordination and mentoring. Strong service culture approach and good professionalism

Profile required

Mandatory Skills / Experience – -

Working Knowledge and Hands experience in the Oracle SBC, ECB and EOM.

·  Basic knowledge of Network and Security platform.
·  Knowledge on SBC/ECB planning, design and configuration from scratch for new projects.
·  The individual should have good knowledge on SIP Trunking concepts.
·  Good troubleshooting knowledge on VOIP related issues SIP and RTP.
·  Functional Understanding of SIP RFC 3261.
·  Basic understanding of SIP TLS, and SRTP.
·  Good Data and VOIP networking knowledge. - Basic to Intermediate level understanding of VMware and Service pilot or Zabbix monitoring tool concepts.
·  Good knowledge in design and implementation of Header and Message Manipulation Rules
·  Basic knowledge on ticketing tools - Oracle SBC/ECB log and Wireshark trace analysis added advantage.
·  Good to have cross domain knowledge on cloud , VMWare , Automation Datacenter technologies
·  Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills
