Your environment
As a VIE, join the Romanian branch of Société Générale (BRD
- Banque Roumaine pour le Développement) in Bucarest.
BRD-SG is the second largest bank in Romania from the assets point of view and one of the most important players on Retail and Corporate banking Romanian market. Societe Generale is main shareholder since 15 years.
You will integrate Pole Risk organized by department considering different types of risks: Control and Measurement, Underwritting
- retail/nonretail (credit risk), recovery retail/nonretail, collateral valuation, market risk.
You will join the Modeling team integrated in the Control and Measurement Department in charge mainly with developing and back-testing credit risk models.
Mission
Your role
As a VIE, you will be responsible for:
Development and back-testing of credit risk models
Preparation of the models’ development and monitoring documentation
Administration of the IT applications that ensure implementation of risk parameters
The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in Bucharest is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last from 12 to 24 months.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space.

Profil
Your profile
Graduate from Business school or University, with a master degree in Statistics/Finance/ Mathematics or Quantitative Methods. You ideally have a previous experience in quantitative analysis
You are fluent in English. You are proficient with MS Office (Word and Excel).
