Mission
Your role
Under the supervision of a Business Manager, you will lead a transversal project within MARK that covers all Business lines. Project is knowledge sharing oriented and aims to reduce operational risk, increase efficiency and foster people to work in better environment.
The position is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to get broad knowledge on the Front Office organization by leading a regional project on very diverse areas and with many different teams.
Your main responsibilities and missions will be:
- Liaise with many people to get information from them
- Development of detailed project plan to track progress
- Management of changes in project scope, schedule and attention points
- Measurement of project performance
- Reporting and escalation to management as needed
- Management of relationship with all stakeholders to ensure a high level of commitment within the project team
- Risk management to minimize project risks
- Formalization of projects deliverables and documentation such as business case, templates, SteerCo documentation
- Reporting line to Europe Project team
The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in Hong Kong is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 18 months.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. For further information, please see www.civiweb.com.
Profile
Your profile
You are graduated with a Master degree from Engineering or Business School or University.
Specialization in Finance is a plus.
Ideally you have past experience in project management
You are fluent in English.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office application (Excel, powerpoint). VBA is a plus.
