MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

Day to day responsibilities include but not limited to:

·  Understand the financial, legal, regulatory and fiscal problems relating to the structuring and sale of structured products in the US;
·  Interact on a daily basis will sales, pricers and traders;
·  Launch these structures in collaboration with the other internal teams and the other departments: middle and back-offices, legal, operations
·  Build specific and streamlined templates/process.

·  Flexible, organized and pragmatic, you have excellent analytical skills and a creative and curious mind.
·  Your relationship skills and your team spirit will be major assets in a demanding international environment.
·  You have theability to conduct new projects from definitions to final launch leading and collaborating with other department of the banks.

·  Familiar with transaction documents for issuance of structured notes
·  Knowledge of ISDA definitions
